Financial FAQ

How does billing work?

We operate on a post-paid model for established families and schools. You receive an itemized invoice at the end of the month for all sessions completed. Payment can be made via EFT or Card.

What is the cancellation policy?

We respect our mentors' time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours incur no penalty.

Are there joining fees?

No. There are no signup fees, monthly retainers, or hidden administration costs. You only pay for the hours of mentorship delivered.
